Custom Disease Models & Mouse Genetics

Genodis designs and generates genetically engineered mouse models (GEMMs) that faithfully recapitulate human disease mechanisms, with a strong focus on genome instability, aging, cancer and immune dysregulation. Using tissue-specific and inducible systems (e.g. Cre/loxP), we can restrict mutations to defined cell types, allowing precise dissection of pathways in vivo.

Genomics, Epigenomics & Functional Profiling

Building on deep expertise in genetics and genomics, Genodis performs comprehensive molecular profiling of disease models and biological samples.

  2. Transcriptomic and epigenomic analyses (including 3D chromatin context)
  3. Integration of functional genomics with disease endpoints (cancer, aging, inflammatory and immune-mediated disorders)

Bioinformatics & Multi-Omics Data Analysis

Genodis offers end-to-end bioinformatics support for genetic, genomic and epigenomic projects. Leveraging high-performance computing and advanced analytical pipelines, we transform complex data into actionable biology.

Genodis is developing a pipeline of targeted biological and mRNA-based anti-inflammatory drugs, along with innovative delivery strategies (e.g. nanocarrier-mediated and oligonucleotide-based approaches).

Training & Capacity Building

A core mission of Genodis is to train the next generation of biologists, geneticists and bioinformaticians
